When Benetton reached out, they asked us to bring strategic and operational support to the management of their online catalog and visual merchandising — across Benetton.com, Sisley.com, and the official Outlet store.
As their online visual merchandiser, we went beyond the daily operations, setting up the right KPI framework to track performance and inform smarter decisions.
Together, we developed a project that integrates business intelligence with product management, turning data into a practical tool for structured and fast eCommerce operations.
